Meyer Lemon Chutney
Meyer lemons, a cross between a Mandarin orange and a lemon, have all the tang without the pucker and are renowned for their juiciness and sweetness. Our Meyer lemons, picked at the height of the season, hail from an artisan farm in California that practices sustainable farming methods. We capture their sweetness and glorious perfume and combine them with fresh and dried fruits, pine nuts, onions, mustard seeds and anisette, creating an artful tangy balance to excite the palate and enliven a myriad of dishes.
Serving Suggestions
Superb with roasted wild salmon, halibut or alongside crab cakes, cold roasted meats, poultry, lamb, or a robust coconut curry paired with Chardonnay. Meyer Lemon Chutney is also brilliant used as a filling for mini filo triangles, or as an accompaniment to samosas, strong white cheddars, Spanish Manchego or enjoyed straight from the jar!
