Artichokes, fire-roasted peppers, olives and sun-dried tomatoes are just a few of the ingredients that co-mingle with hits of balsamic and white wine vinegars, olive oil and the finest cannellini beans, creating a richly textured appetizer or versatile addition to dishes that require a bit of panache and a whole lot of dolce vita.

Serving Suggestions

This moreish concoction is divine spooned on top of gourmet crackers, slices of crusty baguette, bruschetta or as a welcome accompaniment to any Italian or Mediterranean-inspired fare, to the delight of carnivores and vegetarians alike. Savour it on triangles of grilled polenta with a melted cheese topping.
