Antipasto with Albacore Tuna

The Italian word, antipasto, means “before the meal” and is intended to stimulate the palate and the appetite. Our boldly flavoured Antipasto does just that, combining locally sourced ingredients with Mediterranean gusto. In-season vegetables, Italian vinegars and oils, sun-dried tomatoes, fire-roasted peppers, artichoke hearts, olives and wild Albacore tuna create a richly textured savoury appetizer or a ready-to-use addition to dishes that enjoy a bit of zip and additional dolce vita.

This recipe was seven years in the making to ensure we bring the very best balance of flavours and ingredients to your table, however you prefer to enjoy it.

Serving Suggestions

Excellent as an appetizer on a gourmet cracker, crusty baguette or bruschetta slices, or as a hearty accompaniment to Italian and French cured meats and artisanal cheeses, Artisan Edibles Antipasto is your new best friend. Tuck it into an omelette, spoon on to a baked potato, adorn triangles of grilled polenta topped with fresh chevre, or use as a topping on fresh white fish baked with feta. It’s also great straight from the jar. Midnight snack, anyone?
