Artisan Edibles creates jellies, chutneys, antipasto and and dessert sauces to suit a wide variety of occasions and dining situations. Preserving is treated as an art, celebrating simple, flavourful preparations that capture the season’s bounty. Jellies are produced in-house in small batches and are available seasonally in limited quantities.
Our recipes focus on local, in-season produce picked at the peak of ripeness and quality. Availability is dependent on Mother Nature as the ingredients are harvested by hand during their natural season.
Each jelly, chutney antipasto and dessert sauce is packaged in an Italian jar complete with an artfully designed label. All preserves include serving suggestions.
